Why I created You’ve Been LUVD
I was sitting in class when I heard a girl behind me quietly crying. I could not turn around or ask what was wrong without drawing attention to her, so I tore a small piece of paper from my notebook, wrote a few words of encouragement, and passed it back.
A little later, she tapped my shoulder. She was still crying—but she smiled and silently mouthed, “thank you.”
I never found out what she was going through. But I never forgot that moment.
It taught me that kindness does not always have to be grand, perfectly timed, or beautifully packaged. Sometimes it is simply a few words passed quietly from one person to another, reminding someone that they are seen.
You’ve Been LUVD is my way of passing that little note forward.
Every charm carries a message someone may need. It can be kept close, gifted intentionally, or passed on to find its next person. Through its QR code, each charm can gather a trail of cities, stories, and hearts it has touched.
